Memorandum Of Understanding On Launching Armenia ACT Forum

On June 2, 2011, upon the initiative of Armenia Round Table Foundation (ART) a Memorandum of Understanding on launching Armenia ACT Forum has been signed among the ART, ECLOF Foundation in Armenia and UMCOR with the goal of increasing the effectiveness and impact of the humanitarian assistance, development work and advocacy being undertaken by members through improved coordination. The board members of ECLOF Foundation in Armenia and Armenia Round Table were also present.
The event was filmed and a TV programme on ACT and Armenia Forum launch will be broadcast soon. The members of the Forum made an appeal to all the ACT members operating in the region to join the Forum for better coordinated and effective activities. The next step will be developing an Action Plan and election of a chair for the first year.
