General annual meeting of Eurodiaconia

Over 80 participants representing members and partners of Eurodiaconia came together for General Annual Meeting held through June 11-13, 2014 in Prague. Diaconia of the Evangelical Church of the Czech Brethren and Slezska Diaconia hosted the meeting.
The annual meeting agenda included business session, study visits, workshops, an optional partnership meeting and world cafГ©.  Tsovinar Ghazaryan, ART Programme Officer participated in a workshop which introduced CABLE methodology as a way towards long term and sustainable diaconal intervention and visited a senior’s house which provides end-of-life care to old people, an impressive level of service at aging with dignity.

The days of the meeting were full of interactive and dynamic discussions and reflections, which was inspiring and availed space for participation and building plans for future towards cooperation and exchange.
