Building Capacities Of Youth For Successful Job Placement

Within ART’s Capacity Building Program, “St. Sandukht Women Union” NGO is implementing a project to enable young people successfully enter the labor market.
A series of training sessions have been held in Yerevan, Armavir, Artashat and Masis for several months, where more than 100 young men and women have received information and skills on effective communication, basic administrative and secretarial skills, CV writing and interviewing, conflict management, labor code of RA.
On December 21, 2010 the sessions were launched in Yerevan for more than 25 recent University graduates, who will disseminate the information among their peers, considering the vast need for practical skills related to job placement among young people in Armenia.
