Rudelmar Bueno de Faria, General Secretary of the ACT Alliance, opened the meeting, stressing once more that the \u201cForums in the Centre\u201d approach was imperative for the Alliance members.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Regional practices were shared by Europe, North America, Asia, Africa, Latin America and Caribbean Forums.
