Strategic Planning For The Christian Education Center Of The Mother See

From April 2 to 30, 2008, ART started assisting Christian Education Center of the Mother See to elaborate the strategic plan of the organization. An external consultant and Capacity Building Officer facilitated the process of elaboration of the strategy paper for the center, which operates all over the country. The process of planning increased the capacities of the center’s staff in planning and operations, and built their skills not only in planning but also implementation and making necessary revisions to the plan.
