The working group, consisted of 3 ART staff and the Executive Director, a representative from ART Board of Trustees and two ART partners, organized and carried out the process of self-assessment based on the terms and tools described in the “Guide for organizational capacity assessments for ACT International members and Forum Undertaking.” For this the ART invited an external facilitator from Civic Development and Partnership Foundation (CDPF) who throughout the whole process coordinated the group activities and meetings.
The results of the three-month work were summed up during the two-day workshop took place on June 9-10 in CDPF office with the involvement of the working group and other ART staff members. During the workshop an Actual Plan of activities was developed which foresees the elaboration of a project for strengthening of ART capacities that will enable ART to better fulfill its mission and obligations as ACT members.
